The Posey County Soldiers and Sailors Memorial is on the lawn of the Posey County Courthouse in Mount Vernon, Indiana. This memorial was erected in 1908 to honor Civil War soldiers and sailors from Posey County. It was created by Rudolph Schwartz, who also sculpted the Indianapolis Civil War memorial, which this monument resembles.

The neoclassical monument includes a replica of Lady Liberty at the top; at the base of the statue are soldiers.
