This cemetery is confusing due to a separate cemetery with a related name. This cemetery is located on the northside of Princeton on North Hart and North Main Streets. The other cemetery which it is frequently confused with is the Maple Hill I.O.O.F. Cemetery on the southside of Princeton. It was purchased some time ago by a man who has since nearly abandoned the cemetery. As a result, this other cemetery is closed.<\/p>\n

The sign on both I.O.O.F. cemeteries reads “Maple Hill IOOF cemeteries”. If you look at the photo on the Maple Hill IOOF cemetery, you will see that the owner had duplicate signs for both cemeteries made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
